The event included Knowledge Sharing Session by Web Department, Understanding SOP by Hiten Ahir and Understanding ERP system By Yatri Dholakia. Arkay Apps hosted Arduino Day on 25th March 2023. The events were attended by the employees of ArkayApps. The events were managed by the HR department.

Knowledge Sharing Session By Web Department

The Knowledge Sharing Session was organized by the Web Department. The speakers were Jaideep Wagela, Shivani Tratiya, Divya Valera and  Sebastian Vannier. 

Jaideep Wagela explained about the UI/UX designing and software used for them. Jaideep also highlighted the points to make a quality website. Front End development by using HTML, CSS and Javascript was explained by Divya Valera. Shivani Tratiya gave a detailed workflow of the SEO department. She also enlightened the benefits of SEO. Sebastian explained the advantages of ReactJs and its usefulness in Web development.

Understanding the Process of SOP and ERP System

Hiten Ahir explained the understanding of standard operating procedure(SOP) and how it works. He explained about the creation of SOP. Explanations of different components of SOP were included in the presentation.

Yatri Dholakia explained how the Performance Point System works in ERPnext. It was a small session that explained points given weekly, monthly, and yearly based on the employee’s performance.

Arduino Day 2023 Celebration

Arkay Apps celebrated Arduino Day on March 25, 2023. The speakers were Devji Chhanga and Dhavan Vaidya, co-founders of Dwayo Technologies. Dwayo Technologies focuses on Data Modeling, Software Development, and Web Design Apps. Mr. Devji introduced Arduino boards and the Arduino IDE. Mr. Dhavan demonstrated the Arduino projects. Harsh Gor gave a demo of the Arduino project on Tinkercad.
